Fiona has a bachelor in Tourism, she was a tourist Guide in Bordeaux Wine Chateaux. She left home and after few years spent in the USA and Australia she decided to come back in France, Fluent in English.
She works in the hospitality business in Paris and after 3 years she quit and start doing pastries for living!
She was graduated of pastry school and worked in different pastry shops in Paris (Chez Bogato, Lily of the Valley, L'Eclair de Genie, and macarons instructor in the Galeries Lafayette Haussmann).
She had the project of offer her own classes, talked about it at Alienor, and few months later, Appart Gourmand were born.
Aliénor initially focuses on specialized management in the hospitality industry and joins the Vatel Paris Institute. A Bachelor Degree in International Hotel Management later, she decided to move towards luxury by integrating 'Sup de Luxe' to specialize in marketing and luxury management.
After new experiences in referencing and buying products, Fiona tells her about the Appart Gourmand project, the timing is right, the project is launched!
Aliénor takes care of the Management, the Marketing and the commercial part of the Appart.
